In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in cheddar until melted, then stir in baby spinach and tomatoes until combined. These breakfast roll ups are made with eggs stuffed with bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese.

  11. On top of the cheese place a spoon full of eggs. Not too much so that it's over packed but not to little to be skimpy.
  12. Place a piece of sausage on top of the eggs
  13. Loosely roll up the crescent roll locking in the eggs cheese and sausage
  14. Brush on egg mixture on top of roll ups
  15. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
  16. Plate and enjoy :)
