The ingredients needed to make Bread Roll:
- Prepare 4 boiled potatoes
- Get 8-9 garlic cloves
- Get leaves Few curry
- Get 6-7 green chillies
- Make ready Salt as per taste
- Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Make ready 1 tsp haldi powder
- Take 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- Make ready Bread slices as required
- Make ready Oil for frying
Steps to make Bread Roll:
- Boil potatoes and cool it completely.
- Mash it in a bowl and keep aside.
- Make a coarse paste of garlic and green chillies. In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds and as it crackles add garlic and chilli paste and saute for a min. Add haldi powder and mix well and off the gas and pour this mixture over mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Add salt to taste, chopped coriander and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
- Take a bread slice and soak it in water for a second and remove it and squeeze it nicely.
- Keep the potato stuffing at the centre in lengthwise and press and cover it nicely and give it a roll shape.
- Similarly make all rolls and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Keep oil for frying and when its nicely hot deep fry the rolls till nice golden in colour.Seeve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup..
