Instructions to make Ragda patties:
- At night soak dry peas. Next day in morning pressure cook the peas for 5-6 whistle or untill it little mash with some salt.
- In a pan add 1 tsp oil, asofoetida, cumin seeds, green chilli,ginger paste. Add water if required and boil peas. Cook for 5 minutes.keep aside. Mix some garam masala, chaat masala and black pepper powder.
- Mash the potato add salt, black pepper powder,bread crumbs. Mix nicely and shape them like tikki.
- Deep Fry them in hot oil or shallow fry. Pattice is ready.
- Arrange pattice in a plate pour spoon full of ragda on it add curd,both chutney,tomato, onion,chaat masala, cumin powder, and sev.
