- Prepare khichdi and when the khichdi is hot add mix herbs, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, half boiled grated potato, onion, coriander, garlic, capsicum, butter, chat masala and garam masala

- Place it evenly in a plate and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it and freeze it for 1.5 hour in the refrigerator
- Now take it out and cut square pieces out of it.
- Now take a bowl and add cornflour, maida, oregano, chilli flakes and salt and make a slurry.
- Dip the square pieces in the slurry and coat the pieces in the mixture of breadcrumbs and pappad
