- Place the refined flour and corn flour in separate bowls.Mix salt and pepper and make a slurry like mix.
- Place bread crumbs on a plate then take a potato ball, coat first with slurry mix and then coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat for the rest of the balls.
- Heat oil over medium- high heat using a frying pan or kadhai. Cover a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil for when the balls are finished frying.
- Potato balls into hot oil. Let one side of the ball fry,getting crispy and golden before turning the ball over to fry the other half.
- Remove the balls and place on paper towels.Repeat for the same with remaining balls.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup and Enjoy it with evening Tea….
