  1. Take tomato, carrot, onion wash and chop in chunks.
  2. Take a pan put on stove switch on the flame add oil ghee mix,once oil is hot add garlic saute, add bay leaf mix well.

  4. Take a mixer jar take cool down thing,remove bay leaf and blend in smooth paste. take sieve and pour paste and seive it.
  5. Take a pot put it on stove add tomato pyuri in it add little water and let it cook well.take corn flour add water and make slary and add it in soup.
  6. Take bread cut it in to small cubes if you want fry,roast full slice and cut make crutons like that.
  7. Switch off flame for soup.
  8. Serve piping hot,put basil leaves on top
