  1. Now heat up the oil and fry the bread sliced till crispy and golden brown from both sides.
  2. Now in a pan add sugar and water mix it and bowl it on high flame add the saffron strands and green cardamom and food colour mix it and boil for 5 minutes till the sugar syrup became sticky (don’t for any strands only sticks in our fingers). Remove from the heat.
  3. Now dip the fried bread slices in sugar syrup and transfer it to dish do the same with all the slices and pour some sugar syrup on it.
  4. Now for making Rabri boil the milk on high flame and in an another bowl take 2 tbsps corn flour and 2 tbsps milk mix it and add it to the milk gradually and stir it continuously.
  5. Now add 2-4 tbsps milk to the milk powder mix it and add it to the milk. Mix it nicely.
  6. Now it started thickens after 5 minutes turn off the heat. Our Rabri is ready.
  7. Let it cool down.
  8. Now pour all the Rabri on the top of dish nicely and garnish with chopped almonds cashews and pistachios.
  9. Leave it for 1-2 hours to set.
  10. Our delicious shahi tukda is ready to serve.
