- Now punch the dough.invert on a floured surface and.knead for 1 or 2 minutes.divide into 4 parts.roll each part into a ball.roll each ball into a chapatti.
- Take a baking tray.grease with butter.place a parchment on it. Now place one chapati.take 1/3 of the chutney and apply all over the chapatti.sprinkle little pasta herb much all over
- Place another chapati and repeat the process. Do the same process for the next layer too.
- Keep a small cup inverted in the middle.make four perpendicular cuts with a pizza cutter.now further divide the cuts making 32 cuts overall. Remove the cup.sprinkle kalounji seeds in the middle.
- Now twist each wing twice or thrice.apply honey milk mixture overall. Cover and keep aside.preheat oven to 200°. Now uncover and bake for 15 minutes at 200°.
- Remove serve hot with tea,coffee or hot soup.
