  8. Take 2 bread slices and apply green chutney, 1 tsp on each
  9. Spread mixed fruit jam, 1/2 tsp on each
  10. Place the stuffing on one slice
  11. Cover with the remaining slice
  12. Cut this into 4 equal pieces
  13. Prepare all the sandwiches in same way
  14. Heat oil in a kadai
  15. Dip the prepared sandwich into the batter, coat evenly from all the sides.
  16. Deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown and crisp from all the sides
  17. Repeat frying the rest of bread pakora, drain on a kitchen tissue and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
