I decided to make our favorite Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread, but instead of swirling it with cinnamon sugar like I so often do, I swirled it with Nutella! - Cover the dough and do the first fermentation for 60 minutes.
- Press out the air in the dough and then round the dough again for the 2rd fermentation for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and fold it. Then turn the dough 90 degree and then roll out and fold again (do three times in total).
- Flat the dough and put some Nutella on it.
- Seal the join bit properly.
- Put the dough in a baking tin and do another fermentation for 60 minutes.
- Bake the dough in 180°C oven for 17-20 minutes. Enjoy. 😋
